"How old do you think the demo code is?"
"10 000 mayby a 100 000"
"10 000 mayby a 100 000"
What means to be Prepared? It doesn't mean knowing when the shit'll hit the fan... it means having a blast shield when it does.

who cares as long as the full game rox
I think the reason people want to know is because, for some, the demo does not r0x too well. However if it's a year old it could only be improved in that amount of time.

I also heard this rumor. Plus, it was designed 666 miles beneath the Earth's surface.

That's not really possible. That puts it past AvP2 which came out in 2001ish by Sierra. After the expansion briefly killed the franchise (it was a really bad expansion) the license for the avp franchise went dormant. I have to give Sega rep for having the common sense to hire Rebellion.
However, they have been keeping this game a secret for a while. I found out about a year ago when Sega or whoever released a cease and desist on a mod team who were making their own avp game. Around the same time gossip got around that there was a new game in the works.

So you mean there are even more gruesome deaths we can cause with Trophy kill then there's already?
This makes me happy to know that.

Wow I'm already enjoying the game as it is, it'd be sweet if the demo a much older code.

Yeah it better be old. There are a few things in it that need to be changed. If those things are changed in the full game then I'm even more excited for it.

i think about ALPHA version of the game. It was the same version at the euro gamer, and the Rebellion representatives said it was even before the beta stage. Hope this helps.

The demo is anearly a year old. Id say around 10 months old.
Rebellion hasnt been in DEVELOPEMENT of this game for ten years. They have been in developement for 2. BUT they have been thinking of new things and what not for 10 years..so.like a 10 year long brain storming sessions...on the weekends or something? idk.
The skins will effect the way the Preds, Aliens, and marines all look. Some of the pred ones are so sick.

Oh, no, I know this already since I'm not as stupid as you apparently take me for, I've seen demos that use this disclaimer too, but most demos aren't extremely old code going from everyones guesses, they usually are of at least near release code, a lot of things could have changed if this code is as old as the guesses say.
Now if the code were as old as the guesses and instead of the basic disclaimer it actually said the code used is from x amount of months before release I'm sure then we could all be at ease and assumptions of what would/wouldn't be changed would be easier.

does anyone really know how old this code really is besides speculations and assumptions?
